Hey, I'm Will Murphy, a Creative Director & Director with experience in agency, production company, and corporate environments.

I'm a Swiss-army type of creative and an ideas person who knows how to make those ideas into something tangible. I'm a multi-faceted doer and thinker who is just as comfortable developing clear creative strategies, doing holistic ideation and development, guiding clients through a concept, or leading a crew (big or small) on set or in the field to capture the story I'm after. I connect dots, build bridges, construct roads, and devise alternate routes to navigate any creative challenge.

I pride myself on being entrepreneurial, strategic and creative. I provide guidance and motivation to my team while also coming up with fresh ideas and approaches. I have a diverse skill set that allows me to approach projects from a variety of angles. I've led teams of 10+ creatives in various environments and have developed campaigns for clients on a regional, national, and international scale.

I have a vast network of specialized creatives that I love working with, and I'm passionate about creatively leading teams, nurturing client relationships and creating something new every time.
