Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Window Blinds Machine Operator, where you will play a vital role in producing high-quality window treatment products. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to the creation of custom window blinds that enhance homes and commercial spaces. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor various machinery used in the production of window blinds, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and CNC programming tools.
- Set up machines according to specifications, ensuring precise calibration using tools such as calipers and hand tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure accurate production runs.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Fanuc controls to automate machine functions efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet strict standards for fit, finish, and functionality.




- Assist with packaging finished products securely for shipment while maintaining safety protocols within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC programming is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in welding, blueprint reading, and assembly processes.
- Ability to use hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills for precise measurements and adjustments.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment like press brake machines and familiarity with SolidWorks or CAD software is a plus.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Fanuc controls, and CNC programming techniques.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards across all production stages.
