We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Position

Full-Time Window Film & Security Installation Technician

Responsibilities

- Install security, solar, and decorative window films.
- Install door reinforcement products, security bars, Nightlock systems, and other physical security solutions.
- Measure windows and prepare materials for installation.
- Perform structural caulking and finishing work.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Complete installation reports and take before-and-after photos.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory management.
- Follow Paramount Protections installation standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
- Window film installation
- Glass or glazing
- Residential or commercial construction
- Doors and windows
- Security systems
- General carpentry
- Handyman services

Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable using ladders




- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Assets
- Window film installation experience
- Construction or renovation experience
- Experience with door and window installation
- Security or locksmith experience
- WHMIS certification
- Working at Heights certification
- First Aid/CPR certification

Candidates without window film experience are encouraged to apply if they have strong mechanical aptitude and are willing to learn.

Compensation $28.00–$40.00 per hour

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends as required
