Contract Workday HCM Specialist

Location: Toronto Area - Hybrid, 1 day onsite per week

Contract: Initial 6 months with potential extension

Our client is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to support ongoing configuration, enhancements and optimisation across its Workday platform.

Responsibilities

- Configure and improve Core HCM and additional functional modules.
- Gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Manage enhancements, testing, UAT, documentation and deployment.
- Support reporting, data integrity, business processes and Workday releases.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and external Workday providers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
- Strong Core HCM configuration and business process knowledge.
- Experience across Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance or Absence.
- Robust post-production, stakeholder management and problem-solving experience.
- Reporting, security, integrations or Workday certifications are advantageous.
