Macro Framing Crews Needed – SE Saskatoon I'm looking for framing crews whose job is to get the structure up rapid and accurately. You'll be standing walls, building floors, and installing roofs. We handle the systems that slow crews down so you can focus on production. We Provide - Walls prebuilt (except garage walls) - Wall layouts snapped out - Zoom boom operator - Floor packages pre-measured - Repeating floor layouts - Floors joists layout will move all joists together to miss all plumbing and walls. Should be full sheets after a starter and some stairwell cuts. - Backing and squash block packages supplied for each floor - Potential prefab floor area (to be confirmed after final site visit) - I have tools for everything and spares. Backup air supplies. Extra hoses. Cords. Saws. Batteries. For a fee I can help you add guys. Pay - Floors: $910 each (2 per unit) - Exterior walls: $40 each - Exterior walls with second-floor railings: $55 each - Party walls (including drywall slips): $30 each - Interior walls: $16 each - Roof: $1,250 - Smoke truss: $150 - Garage walls (build & stand) - End unit: $456 - Middle unit: $296 Typical earnings are approximately $5,000–$5,400 per unit,



depending on whether it's an end or middle unit. A complete 6-plex pays approximately $31,000. Production Bonuses Complete a 6-unit building in 2 weeks: - 1st building: 10% bonus - 2nd consecutive 2-week building: +7% - 3rd consecutive 2-week building: +4% Maintain that pace and you'll earn a 21% total bonus (approximately $37,510). If your crew needs help to hit schedule, we can provide assistance. The work we perform will be charged accordingly. If two crews are combined to complete a building, bonuses are reduced by 30% to cover the additional coordination and logistics. Quality Control Drone footage will be taken several times each day. Each crew will use a designated spray-paint color on wall packs before standing them. This allows us to track production and quality accurately.
