Reporting to the Chief Operating Engineer, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of the Energy Conversion Centre. Your responsibilities will include responding to service requests and managing HVAC and building equipment using DDC and BMS control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Energy Conversion Centre operations and maintenance
- Respond to service requests and create Work Orders
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to HVAC equipment
- Monitor building equipment using DDC and BMS systems
- Perform chemical tests and treatment of cooling systems
Requirements:
- Ontario Secondary School diploma required
- Valid 3rd Class Operating Engineers Certificate
- 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Knowledge of water chemical treatment and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with DDC and BMS control systems
