About the Role:

Triunity Software is looking for a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC! In this role, you'll design, build, and optimize Service Now solutions that drive real business impact for our clients. Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Service Now applications, workflows, and integrations
- Configure and customize Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations between Service Now and third-party platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions




- Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks

Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting
- Experience with Service Now Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
