Role Summary





The Consulting Partner – IT/Digital Consulting - a senior client-facing leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, shaping digital transformation engagements, and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients. This role combines executive relationship management, consulting-led sales, solution shaping, and oversight of complex technology programs across areas such as cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, and digital modernization. The role needs solid experience in Engineering & Design in Construction industry

Key Responsibilities

- Build and grow trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business leaders, and transformation sponsors.
- Identify, originate, and convert new consulting opportunities in digital transformation, IT modernization, cloud, data, AI, enterprise applications, and managed services.
- Lead consultative sales pursuits, including discovery, opportunity qualification, solution framing, commercial shaping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
- Define transformation roadmaps and business cases that align technology investments with client strategy, operating model, and value realization goals.
- Provide executive oversight across consulting engagements to ensure high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with delivery, architecture, engineering, and industry teams to develop integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
