Role Description This full-time remote Business Analyst role focuses on understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings and workshops, and support stakeholders in defining project scope and success criteria. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, assisting with solution design,



and supporting testing and implementation activities to ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution evaluation.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Business Process modeling, documentation, and optimization to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Proficiency in defining and managing Business Requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies (e.G., Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.
- Comfort with collaboration tools and business software (e.G., Microsoft Office, Visio, or similar diagramming tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships.
