- Responsible for the logistics and distribution processes of potash via railcars, ensuring timely, cost-effective movement from Saskatchewan mines to ocean-going vessels at multiple North American load ports.
- Actively liaises and communicates with all stakeholders including mines, railways, and terminals to ensure efficient movement of potash across the supply chain.
- Proactively monitor and addresses supply chain deviations to maintain mine, rail network and terminal fluidity.
- Regularly collaborate with mine producers, terminals, and railways to resolve any operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Execute timely inventory checks and support the reconciliation process.
- Maintain detailed records to evaluate and improve railway performance and service levels.
- Assist in gathering data and supporting both internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
- Minimum two to three years experience in a supply chain role.
- Experience in rail operations and/or logistics is an asset.
- Computer skills to maintain databases and spreadsheets including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
