Qualifications Have a minimum 3 years of experience installing residential replacement windows and doors. Must have a valid driver’s license and own truck/trailer, cube van or sprinter to transport material. Own a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations. 3+ years experience bending aluminum. 3+ years of capping experience. Must be fully insured and provide myCOI.



WHMIS & Working at Heights certification. Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer service skills required. Compensation & Benefits Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $100,000-$150,000 per year*, paid weekly Year-round work, Monday-Friday, to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!)
