Build What Matters

At Graham, one of North America’s largest general contractors, we don’t just construct buildings, we create spaces that shape lives and strengthen communities. As part of our Buildings division, you will contribute to meaningful projects across the region, from hospitals and schools to entertainment venues and multi‑family residences.

Were entering a period of significant growth in Ontario. Our expanding portfolio includes major transit, healthcare, post‑secondary, institutional, long‑term care, water, and infrastructure projects, with additional opportunities actively emerging across the province. Location & Mobility

We are conducting this search nationally. Candidates may live anywhere in Canada; however, successful leaders must be willing to travel regularly to Ontario and maintain a meaningful on‑site presence with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. This is not a fully remote leadership role. While flexibility exists, candidates should expect to spend significant time in Ontario supporting project execution and team development.

Lay the foundation for your next career move. At Graham, we’re building more than structures, we’re building futures. Join a team that delivers excellence from the ground up and makes a lasting impact across Canada.
