Reporting to the Director of Development and Innovation, you’ll be involved in every stage of product development, from needs analysis to the integration of UHMW-PE molded products into production. You’ll also help improve our existing products and support internal teams in resolving technical challenges.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to:
- Participate in defining and designing products with customers
- Propose and implement improvements to products already on the market
- Plan and coordinate certain activities in the product development process
- Ensure the efficient launch of new products into production
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Collaborate on the preparation of manufacturing quotes and bids
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for clients
- Contribute to the compliant management of confidential information related to applicable security requirements
