Description

New West Family Practice is looking for a family physician who is willing to provide overflow in-person care at our clinic. We are a modern, collaborative, and tech-forward practice located in a spacious 3,800 sq ft clinic on the second floor of a mall, filled with natural light and designed for comfort and efficiency. As a residency teaching site, we foster a supportive, team-based environment where physicians can thrive.

• EMR: OSCAR Pro with Cortico for virtual visits, booking, and patient messaging


• Space: 11 modern exam rooms, shared physician office space, and a dedicated break/meeting room (with a Nespresso machine)


• Team: Six full-time FPs,
  
  
  
  one part-time FP (overflow), four MOAs, one RN, and a clinic manager


• Overhead: 75/25 split for MSP billings, 90/10 for private/form fees


• RN support: well child checks, post-op follow-up, minor procedures, blood pressure checks, immunizations, and more


• Tech: AI-supported workflows, ergonomic workstations, large dual-screen setups to enhance efficiency
