What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities that align with Trophiai's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of current operations and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Facilitate project management processes, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support the budgeting process by providing data-driven insights and forecasts to guide financial planning.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that operational strategies are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
- Monitor industry best practices and competitor strategies to inform Trophiai's operational approach.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and tools that can enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role, preferably within a technology or startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools,
with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology sector or a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in a second language can be advantageous in our diverse workplace.
Skills & tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
