Youthdale Treatment Centres is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee semi-monthly payroll, benefits administration, and related HRIS duties. The role reports to the Director of Finance and requires collaboration with HR for policy compliance.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll/benefits, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS systems. This on-site role supports 200+ employees in a non-union setting.
