The Director, eCommerce will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of Robinson's eCommerce business across both retail and trade channels, with P&L accountability. The role will drive revenue, optimize digital performance, and help shape a seamless multi‐channel customer experience.Lead a small team spanning customer service, merchandising, and product ownership.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to deliver an integrated approach that fuels growth for the entire business.Develop and execute a new vision and strategy for the eCommerce platform.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic leadership and operational management of the eCommerce business across both retail and trade channels.Drive revenue, optimize digital performance, and shape a seamless multi‐channel customer experience.Lead cross‐functional teams, including customer service, merchandising,
