This role offers an exceptional chance for the right candidate to elevate their legal and client‐service skills through engagement in local, national, and international corporate finance transactions, public mergers and acquisitions, and a range of securities law matters.Key Qualifications and AttributesExperience: 2 to 5 years of post‐call experience in corporate securities law, with a focus on capital markets and M&A, acquired at a national, regional, or reputable securities boutique law firm.Transactional Expertise: Proven ability to represent issuers, underwriters, and shareholders in domestic and cross‐border public offerings and private placements of debt, equity, and structured finance products.Public M&A Proficiency:
