Responsibilities

• Acquire new small business accounts via outbound sales campaigns
• Make 40+ calls per day to outbound sales prospects and self-prospect to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline
• Manage a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients
• Adopt various technology systems to drive efficiency and deliver better customer outcomes
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences, build strong relationships, and influence decision-makers
• Actively listen to customers, conduct needs analyses, and quickly identify and recommend solutions that fit current and future needs
