About the Role
Lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions primarily focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM) with integration of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy across asset management modules.
- Analyze complex organizational requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAM SAM implementations.
- Oversee integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
