Allshores is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their centralized HR Team. This role plays an important role in driving recruitment excellence, supporting business growth, and helping connect talented people with meaningful opportunities.
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator is a key contributor to attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional hiring experience. This role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting opportunities and building robust candidate pipelines to conducting initial screenings and coordinating next steps. Working closely with teams across multiple locations and time zones, the Recruitment Coordinator will help ensure a seamless, engaging, and consistent candidate journey across the Allshores group of companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and business areas
- Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and internal systems
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate prescreens as required
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, including proactive talent pooling
- Prepare interview schedules, agendas, and logistics for interviewers and candidates
- Support offer processes, including reference checks and pre-employment requirements
- Support timely communication and follow-up on recruitment initiatives, including career inbox management
- Build solid relationships across locations and departments to support a positive, connected workplace culture.
- Undertake other recruitment-related duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education Human Resources, Business, or related field in preferred
- At least two years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a related support role strongly preferred
- Familiarity with best practices regarding creation of job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processes
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Prior experience working with corporate or enterprise LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Strong interest in understanding laws and regulations impacting talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources in Allshores operations jurisdictions required
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn recruiting systems, processes, and best practices
- Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude
