You will manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across global markets including the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. This role focuses on building talent pipelines and acting as a strategic advisor to retail leaders for store staffing and leadership hiring.

What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for recent store openings and existing retail locations.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Screen applicants using standardized interview guides to ensure brand alignment.
- Provide weekly recruitment metrics and market insights to retail leadership.
- Coach field managers on hiring processes and interview techniques.
- Maintain and optimize the Greenhouse ATS, including the integration of AI automation tools.
- Identify and resolve recruitment barriers in partnership with HR and retail teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques via LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project trackers and timelines.
- Understanding of employment law and relevant legislation.
- Ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders clearly.
- Availability to work in the Pacific Standard Time zone to support the Western region.
