This role provides operational and technical support for routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and connectivity services while ensuring network availability, performance, and security. Working within a managed services environment, the Network Administrator collaborates with senior engineers, security teams, and service delivery teams to troubleshoot incidents, implement changes, support projects, and maintain operational excellence across multi-site and multi-vendor platforms including Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Fortinet technologies.
