This role provides operational and technical support for routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and connectivity services while ensuring network availability, performance, and security. Working within a managed services environment, the Network Administrator collaborates with senior engineers, security teams, and service delivery teams to troubleshoot incidents, implement changes, support projects, and maintain operational excellence across multi-site and multi-vendor platforms including Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Fortinet technologies. We believe everyone deserves a seat at the table-and we are taking deliberate action to make this a reality.Please note: This role is Bilingual and requires Security Clearance: Reliability / Secret Key Responsibilities: Network Operations & AdministrationMonitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and firewallsPerform advanced troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues across customer environmentsConfigure and manage network devices including Cisco/Meraki, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Palo -Alto and other Network platforms.Support network upgrades, patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle management activitiesParticipate in change management activities, including implementation validation and rollback planningSupport network security operations by Implementing, enforcing and maintaining network security policies, VPN connectivity, and access controlsMonitor network and security alerts, investigate anomalies,



and escalates incidents as requiredMonitor network traffic and perform vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security risks.Assist with vulnerability remediation efforts and implementation of security best practicesEnsure operational activities align with organizational security policies and compliance standardsRespond to and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents and service requests within defined SLAsParticipate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities for recurring or major incidentsCollaborate with Network, Security, and Service Delivery teams during critical incidents and outagesMaintain accurate incident records, operational notes, and resolution documentationCreate and maintain network diagrams, operational procedures, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Support automation and process improvement initiatives within network operationsContribute to operational reporting, service reviews, and continuous improvement activitiesAssist with onboarding new customer environments and transitioning services into operationsStrong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switchingStrong experience in cloud-related network technologies including SDWAN & SASEExperience with Cisco/Meraki, HPE Aruba, and/or Fortinet technologiesFamiliarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting toolsWorking knowledge of firewall administration and wireless networking conceptsExposure to ITIL-based operational processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Experience with Azure Networking is an advantageStrong communication and customer service skillsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environmentFluent in French and EnglishDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field3–5 years of experience in network administration, network operations, and managed services environmentExperience supporting enterprise networking technologies in multi-vendor and multi-customer environmentsCisco CCNA / CCNPFortinet NSE CertificationsAruba CertificationsCompTIA Network+Exciting, fast-paced challenging work environmentA culture where authenticity and diversity are valuedProfessional developmentParticipation in Women in Technology NetworkOpportunities to give back to our local communitiesCollaborative supportive team membersRemote work/hybrid work optionsWork/life flexibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
