The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company. Initial sales will be a task split between the founders until we market ourselves using our product full-time automatically, and further develop the road of sales and sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Take lead across all aspects of the company working closely with the CTO
• Make key decisions that will affect the companys direction
• Review and build business strategies, product strategies,

• Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
• Identify business opportunities to get started by representing the best and most hard working, well-organized, honest, and ambitious brick and mortar service providing SMBs who are not well represented online and who will be able to expand their companies successfully when times come to serve a new level of customers themselves

Qualifications

• Business experience or experience in a related field
• Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills
• Extreme organizational skills; youre CEO, and cannot lose your ball but if you drop it Ill be there to pick it up if you need me to
• You must be generous of your knowledge, yourself, your life, your reality, be able to take personal time as much as be able to put your head down and take a swing at our next product when you decide its time
