TheRole, YourImpact Asa Food Processing Labourer, youplay an essential role in the smooth operation of our poultryprocessing plant in Saint-Damase. Located approximately 20 minutesfrom Saint-Hyacinthe, our facility relies on your dailycontribution to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of ourproductionline. Morespecifically, youwill: Participate invarious stages of poultry product processing, from receiving toproductpreparation. Handle ,transport, weigh, prepare, and package products according toestablished qualitystandards. Work indifferent areas of the plant, including slaughtering, evisceration,cutting, and sanitation, to support productionoperations. Comply withquality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safetystandards while handling raw poultry products and working in arefrigerated environment (approximately-4°C). WorkingConditions: Schedule: Basedon operational needs, including day and eveningshifts. Starting Wage (DayShift): $22.00/hour.



EveningPremium: $1.50/hour. YourQualifications for theRole Education: Nospecific education required. We provide comprehensive on-the-jobtraining. Experience: Noexperience required. However, experience in manufacturing, theagri-food industry, or food processing is considered anasset. Skills: Reliability,punctuality, teamwork, and a willingness tolearn. Language: Basicknowledge of French is required to understand health and safetyinstructions, work procedures, and operational communicationsnecessary for the safe performance ofduties.
