You’ll play a hands‑on role across backend and frontend development using Node.Js, TypeScript, and React, while also contributing to code quality, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with Product, UX, and QA stakeholders.What You’ll Need to Succeed6+ years of experience in web application development3+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.Js and TypeScript2+ years of experience building frontend applications using React (Redux is a plus)Experience designing and developing asynchronous, event‑driven processes (e.G., queues, background jobs)Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including debugging, performance tuning, refactoring, branching strategies,
