As the General Sales Manager at 401auto, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and execution for our automotive dealership located in Woodstock, Ontario. What you’ll do

• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the companys goals and market trends.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team, ensuring that every interaction enhances the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and outlining future strategies.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure that the sales team has access to the right products at the right time.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
