With decades of expertise, we deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs while ensuring exceptional quality, reliability, and safety.Bring your passion for people and strategy – step into your next big opportunity with Ledcor and apply today in Vancouver, BC!Essential ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR topics including performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and policy interpretationPartner with business units to identify and address people-related challenges that impact operational successCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Service Center teams to deliver integrated HR solutionsProvide resolution and long-term root cause analysis, make recommendations, and drive improvement initiatives across all business levelsEnsure the consistent application of (and compliance with) HR and company policies,
processes and systemsBuild strong working relationships within other areas of HR to share knowledge of changes, new programs, policies, etc. with employees and managersQualifications5–8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a Business Partner roleBachelor's degree required in HR Management, Business, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of employment and human rights legislationProven skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and relationship managementStrong business acumen and a proven track record as an HR partner in a large and agile organizationKnowledge of HRIS systems; Workday preferredAbility to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure within established time constraints, meet deadlines and objectives, and proactively take a customer service approachStrong problem resolution skills and the ability to respond effectively to questions and concerns from employees, managers, and other stakeholdersProven ability to communicate with line level employees through senior leadersSound judgment,
decision-making and problem-solving skillsClear and professional verbal and written communicationA strategic mindset with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organizationWorking ConditionsThis is a hybrid work position where you will be required to be in office multiple times a weekCompensation $76,400.00 - $105,050.00 – This is the expected base pay range for this role.
