Billie's House is growing, and we're looking for a hands‑on Store Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of our Cleveland Ave shop. This is the senior in‑store role: you'll run the floor, lead the team, and own the customer experience while the owners focus on growing the business. If you're an organized, people-first leader who thrives in a busy retail environment, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

- Own daily store operations: opening and closing, floor flow, and shop presentation
- Lead, schedule, and support the retail and design team
- Manage inventory: ordering support, stock levels, receiving, and seasonal planning
- Handle POS reconciliation and daily cash-out
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues on the spot
- Coordinate deliveries and orders across retail and events
- Partner with ownership on sales, promotions, and continuous improvement





What we're looking for

- 3+ years of experience as a store manager or leading a team on a retail floor
- Proven retail management or team‑lead experience (florist or specialty retail a strong plus)
- A natural leader who's calm under pressure and great with people
- Organized and detail‑oriented, comfortable with POS, scheduling, and inventory systems
- Available for full‑time hours, including special weekends and seasonal peaks
- A hands‑on approach — you're happy to jump on the floor when the shop is busy

Nice to have

- Floral or design knowledge
- Familiarity with scheduling and POS software

Compensation

- $55,000 – $62,000 per year, depending on experience · Full-time
- Performance bonus available on meeting store targets
