As a Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the entire asset lifecycle, from site selection and permitting to construction, operation, and decommissioning. Your leadership will ensure projects succeed while meeting environmental, social, and governance expectations.
This is a Partner-level opportunity offering meaningful equity ownership, influence over ERM’s strategic direction, and a platform to amplify your impact across the energy sector.
For the Partner, Capital Project Development, Diversified Energy position, the anticipated annual base pay is $177,822 - $211,998 CAD. Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
