You'll work under the guidance of a Program Manager and as part of a supportive team, providing care, mentorship, and advocacy for some of the most vulnerable individuals in our community.The RoleAs a Community Housing Support Worker, you will:Support youth with daily living activities including health, nutrition, recreation, personal care, and community participationAssist with developing life skills that promote dignity, independence,



and quality of lifeApply positive behavioral strategies and crisis intervention techniques, recognizing behavior as communicationCollaborate with families, community partners (MCFD, CLBC, VIHA, Behavior Consultants, etc.), and your team to provide holistic careEnsure health, safety, and wellbeing are always maintainedBuild strong, respectful relationships with the people you support, their families, and your colleaguesWhat You BringWe’re seeking individuals who combine skill with compassion.
