As a Retail Associate—or Skin Care Coach—you’ll be trained to guide customers in personalized skin care solutions. Experience is not necessary; our outstanding training ensures you’re equipped to succeed. You'll work closely with guests to build rapport, help them on their skin care journey, and contribute to a supportive team environment led by our Skin Care Trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide guests through personalized skin care assessments
• Assist trainers with client appointments and services




• Develop ongoing relationships with customers
• Meet personal and collective performance goals
• Maintain a positive and inviting shop atmosphere
Requirements:
• Availability for full time 5 days or part time 3 days
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Solid communicative and problem-solving abilities
• Motivated to foster team spirit
