Support the Strategy function by conducting market and competitive analysis, evaluating strategic opportunities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and preparing strategic reports and presentations to enable informed decision-making and guide Business Development priorities.
Assist in preparing and updating the Annual and 3-5 Year Strategic Plans.
Collect and validate input from business units to ensure strategic consistency and data accuracy.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and new geographies.
Generate insight reports and executive summaries highlighting implications for the company.
Support preliminary assessment of new business areas, services, or market entries.
Prepare initial feasibility studies, SWOT analyses, and opportunity briefs for review.
Build and maintain financial and business models to evaluate potential investments and initiatives.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate implementation of approved strategic initiatives across BUs.
Track performance, highlight risks or deviations, and report progress.
Prepare strategy reports, dashboards, KPIs,
and board-level presentations.
Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with corporate messaging.
Act as liaison between Strategy, Business Units, and Business Development to ensure smooth information flow.
Support the handover of validated opportunities to Business Development for execution.
8-10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, market analysis, management consulting, or financial/business analysis.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
Demonstrated ability to:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline), Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
Master’s in Business Administration is preferred if the Bachelors degree is in Engineering.
