Our real estate group handles a steady volume of commercial and residential transactions, private lending matters, and complex title issues. We also maintain an active real estate litigation and wills & estates practice, allowing associates to gain meaningful exposure across related practice areas.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate with at least three (3) years of post‑call experience to join our team. Real estate will be the associate’s primary practice area, with additional responsibility for assisting our corporate, real estate litigation and wills & estates teams as needed.This role is well‑suited to a lawyer who is confident managing files independently, comfortable dealing directly with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel, and interested in building a long‑term practice within a growing firm.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, including purchases, sales, refinances, and private lending filesReview, draft, and negotiate agreements of purchase and sale, mortgage and security documents, and related closing documentationConduct title reviews, resolve title issues, and oversee closingsAssist with real estate litigation matters, including mortgage enforcement, title disputes,
