As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals.Core Responsibilities As an Associate Engineer II, you will join an established engineering team dedicated to delivering high quality, performant and secure applications to our business partners and guests. You will learn our engineering practices and be part of a growing and supportive engineering community.
You will contribute hands‑on to your team’s engineering projects and be a critical part of our observability efforts.Take part in Agile ceremoniesPerform engineering assignments using existing procedures and best practicesConduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimisation effortsActively monitor key metrics and reports on trendsParticipate in our Engineering Community of PracticeContribute to engineering automation, management or developmentPerform reliability monitoring tasks as needed to ensure products meet guest expectationsQualificationsCompleted Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible1-2 years of experienceExperience of working with Oracle Retail products – RMS/ReSA/RPMHands‑on experience of building scalable technical solutions involving Oracle retail – core modules or integrationsExperience in event‑based integration building and trouble shooting in Java/Sprint BootExperience using middle layer like Kafka and related componentsExperience CI/CD and related devops tools like DataDogmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working,

The typical hiring range for this position is from$84,900 - $111,400 annually ; the base pay offered isbased on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
