About the Role
Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch your career in project management, procurement, production, or supply chain operations? Join our team as a Print Production Coordinator, where you'll gain hands-on experience managing high-visibility marketing and packaging projects for leading brands.
In this role, you will work closely with client-facing project managers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate the production and delivery of print materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, promotional products, gift-with-purchase (GWP) items, and packaging solutions. You'll learn the full lifecycle of production projects, from supplier sourcing and cost management to production oversight and final delivery.

About the Job

Project Coordination
- Coordinate print, packaging, and promotional product projects from concept through delivery
- Manage supplier quotation and selection
- Track project timelines, production schedules, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, production estimates, and project updates
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on quality, service, and cost
- Help maintain positive relationships with vendor partners
- Participate in sourcing new products and production solutions
Cost & Process Management
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice reconciliation activities
- Assist with pricing negotiations and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and project delivery
Client & Team Collaboration
- Partner with project managers to support client programs and campaigns
- Communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Help resolve production and delivery challenges through proactive problem-solving
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications, Operations, Graphic Communications, or a related field
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Preferred
- Internship, co-op, campus leadership, or project experience related to operations, procurement, marketing, supply chain, production, or project management
