In this dynamic role, you will lead the Legal Affairs – Transactions team, providing counsel on infrastructure, P3s, and M&A. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal insights on infrastructure development and P3 agreements
• Direct a team of Senior legal counsels

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor and active Bar membership in Quebec or Ontario
• Minimum 15 years in a similar legal capacity
• Experienced team leader with 5+ years of management
• Strong background in corporate governance and contracts
• French and English fluency preferred
