As ATB Business’ next Diversified Senior Underwriting Manager, your role soundly supports ATB’s Diversified Strategy. Your primary responsibilities include assisting Senior Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers with the client onboarding experience and co-managing a small portfolio. Your value proposition also includes identifying revenue opportunities and anticipating a clients future needs. You will report to the Diversified Director, Central Underwriting.
You are considered an expert lender with an in-depth understanding of your institution’s credit risk appetite and possess definitive experience in structuring complex credits for clients in the Diversified and Real Estate industries. Your internal Credit and Sales partners trust you in your abilities and guidance.
In addition to performing your core responsibilities, your experience will be leveraged by others on the Central Underwriting Team and various ATB Project teams. While this is not a customer facing role,
you are expected to join or lead client meetings periodically and consult with non-ATB professionals throughout Alberta.
