This casual role reports to the Site Manager and emphasizes maintaining cleanliness across resident and communal spaces at Tamura House. You will assist clients with personal hygiene and nutrition while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include cleaning rooms, laundry duties, and managing supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and organize resident rooms and common areas
• Change beds and manage laundry efficiently
• Direct volunteers and organize donations
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education and one year of experience
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Crisis Intervention Skills Training is an asset
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
