As a Registered Psychiatrist, you will have the autonomy to build and manage your own practice within a supportive, established clinic environment. • Provide experienced PTSD and Trauma-Informed Care
• Able to provide experienced psychotherapy, psychoeducational and/or psychological assessments
• Experience with WSIB program
• Effectively manage case load, reporting
• Supporting our TMS and Psychedelic Medicine teams
• Additional Role Expectations: Ideally able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week,

• Doctoral Degree
• Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in areas of practice
• Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Experienced practice of psychiatry, psychiatric services, and assessments
• Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
• Experience with veterans and first responders
• Robust clinical judgment, professionalism, and case management skills (e.g., timely reports)

• Established clinic infrastructure and administrative support (HR, Finance, Marketing, Referrals, Scheduling and Billing)
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists)
