Pagnotta Inc. is a mid-sized, full-service construction company specializing in concrete, general construction, and tower crane/hoist services, with active job sites across Western Canada. Our mission is to deliver value-added construction services by building strong partnerships with our clients throughout the construction process.

Location: Fernie, BC

Position Type: Full-time

Experienced: Concrete formwork experience is a plus

Non-ticketed carpenters and apprentices are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do

- Build and strip walls, columns, and slabs
- Fly table forms
- Place vertical concrete




- Install temporary fencing, guardrails, handrails, and barriers
- Work alongside experienced supervisors and journeypersons
- Use a variety of shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems

What We’re Looking For

- Concrete formwork experience (is a plus)
- High-rise construction experience (an asset)
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented , punctual, and reliable
- Physically fit , mechanically inclined, and eager to learn

Certifications Needed

- Fall Protection, can be provided
- CSTS – can be provided

Working Conditions

- Long-term, steady work
- Work at heights may be required
