This role engages in the management and support of a agile team focused on legal representation for low-income residents facing homeownership challenges. Oversee client interactions, litigation processes, and outreach education while collaborating with organizational leadership. The position emphasizes strategic advocacy to address injustices and promote systemic change in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage advocacy and litigation for homeowners
• Supervise and mentor staff attorneys and paralegals
• Conduct case assessments and negotiate settlements




• Lead outreach initiatives within the community
• Oversee grant management and reporting processes

Requirements:
• J.D. and active New York law license
• Experience in foreclosure litigation is essential
• Commitment to social justice and advocacy
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
• Strong writing and communication skills
