• The candidate will be responsible for managing revenue and expenditures.
• The candidate will be responsible for promoting conference and meeting services, as well as special events.
• The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must prepare, present, and manage budgets.
• The candidate will be responsible for determining the needs for hospitality services, signage, multi-media equipment, printing,
  
  
  
  and other technical services, as well as negotiating and managing contracts for these services.
• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring conference and meeting activities, as well as attending to related details.
• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details for special events.
• The candidate will be responsible for researching and designing special event programs.
• The candidate must plan for social events and guest programs.
• The candidate must identify human resource requirements.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
