With a strong base of repeat clients and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their team and help support continued growth. Project values typically range from $500K to $10M , spanning a variety of commercial interior build-outs and renovations. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Oversight Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction and planning through close-out, ensuring all work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual scope. Leadership & Coordination Direct field teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Foster teamwork, address challenges proactively, and maintain effective on-site and office coordination. Financial Management Prepare and control project budgets, monitor costs, review expenditures, and manage change orders. Ensure accurate billing, cost tracking, and timely payments to trade partners and suppliers. Schedule Management Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when needed to maintain project timelines. Quality & Safety Assurance Maintain high construction standards through regular site reviews and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company standards, and applicable building codes. Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for clients,



providing consistent communication, progress updates, and issue resolution to ensure a positive project experience. Risk & Issue Mitigation Identify potential project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges efficiently to minimize impacts on cost, quality, and schedule Project Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and close-out materials. Permits & Regulatory Compliance Coordinate permitting requirements and ensure all construction activities meet municipal regulations and inspection requirements. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects, preferably with a general contractor.) Managing projects in north America from $1m+ Skills Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and contract administration Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, and Microsoft Project Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of safety regulations, local building codes, and industry standards Additional Requirements Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously, perform well in fast-paced environments, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
