Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimates for major ground-up ICI construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating professional who understands complex builds, can manage tender deadlines, and has the technical knowledge to produce accurate, competitive bids

The ideal candidate has solid experience estimating institutional, commercial, or industrial projects and can confidently work with drawings, specifications, trades, suppliers, and internal project team
