Established in 1982, we foster a balanced and flexible culture that benefits both customers and employees.Position SummaryA Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business.Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheldCoach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilitiesDelegate tasks amongst employeesFollow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely mannerLead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasksAssist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectationsProcess cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminalUnload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)Ensure the store is kept clean at all timesMaintain a healthy and secure working environmentOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience and working knowledge of MS Office applicationsPositive attitude and a pleasant dispositionStrong, professional communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsDetail-orientedAbility to multi-taskAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalismExperience in a retail environment is an assetSuperior time-management skillsJob TypePermanent, Part-time.ScheduleMust be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
