SSA Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Vancouver general contractor to hire a Project Manager for its growing Commercial TI division.

Youll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, client relationships, and project teams across commercial tenant improvements and occupied renovation projects throughout Metro Vancouve.

Requirements

  • ts:8+ years PM experience with a BC GC or
  • CMCommercial TI experie
  • nceCity of Vancouver project experie
  • nceStrong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and budget
  • ingProcore, Bluebeam, and MS Project proficie
  • ncyExcellent client and stakeholder management ski
