Emphasizing nutrition and quality service, you will maintain accurate food records and support operations when the Dietary Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review therapeutic menus and prepare equipment for food prep
• Prepare nourishing meals according to prescribed diets




• Monitor food quality and maintain required records
• Guide Dietary Aides during meal preparation
• Manage daily operations in the absence of the Dietary Manager
Requirements:
• Chef training or culinary management diploma
• Current Food Handler’s Certificate
• Vulnerable Sector Check (recent)
