What you'll do

- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market demands.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision and roadmap, translating customer needs into actionable requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, using insights to inform product strategy.
- Develop and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that features and enhancements are aligned with business objectives and customer feedback.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as necessary.
- Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, using data analytics to assess user engagement and satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries,



providing updates and insights to internal teams and external partners.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for user needs and ensuring that product decisions are informed by user feedback and testing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the product portfolio.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to the overall direction and vision of Trophiai's product offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.




- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Nice to have

- Experience in the AI or machine learning domain, particularly in product development.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Previous experience in a startup workplace, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies, including familiarity with programming languages.
