What youll do

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive brand design strategy that aligns with Benevitys overarching objectives, enhancing brand value and visual coherence across multiple platforms.
• Oversee the transformation of our visual identity, ensuring it connects with our diverse international audience while maintaining a contemporary and approachable aesthetic.
• Direct the daily functions of the creative team, facilitating brainstorming sessions for significant marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Guarantee the creation of superior creative assets for various campaigns and initiatives, with a focus on design excellence in typography, layout, and overall presentation.
• Optimize the workflow of the creative team by managing project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation, ensuring timely project completion without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to cultivate a unified brand experience throughout the customer and employee journey.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to enhance our online presence, setting standards that boost performance and ensure creative uniformity.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in brand design, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity within B2B settings; experience with SaaS brands is a plus.
• A robust portfolio showcasing outstanding design execution and strategic insight across various formats, including both digital and print media.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing intricate creative projects and developing a creative team while effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional verbal and visual storytelling abilities, with the capacity to articulate design choices and their significance to business goals.
• Proficiency in both traditional and digital design tools, with a proactive mindset towards adapting to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational capabilities, with experience utilizing project management tools like Asana to monitor deliverables and manage timelines effectively.
